Beautiful holiday villa, Villa Stancija De-Belli, is located in a small village Pinezici in the municipality of Marcana in the southern part of the Istria peninsula. This part of Istria is known for its hills that are ideal for walks as well as for its blue bays with beautiful clear sea. You can find everything you need in the municipality of Marcana: local shops, cafes, restaurants and more. Marcana is located 12 km northeast of Pula, the largest city in Istria, world-famous for its amphitheater built in the 1st century, which is definitely worth a visit. In addition to cultural and historical beauties, Istria offers a unique gastronomic experience: Istrian prosciutto, wine and fuzi are just some of the delicacies offered by the Istrian Mediterranean cuisine. Be sure to visit one of the most beautiful national parks in Europe - Brijuni. You can reach the island by boat from Fazana, a town located 15 km from the villa.

Pula is situated in the south of Istria (Croatian Tuscany) You can enjoy here the culinary delicacies in top restaurants, visit the unspoilt beaches or take adventurous trips. The Istrian outback boasts with many picturesque towns situated on the hills - Motovun, Grožnjan, Labin are worth visitng.
